Validity Period:

• e-Visa is legitimate for 30 days to 12 months, depending on the motive of the visit.
• E-Tourist visa and e-Business Visa are valid for 12 months from the date of ETA provided.
• Nonstop live on an e-Tourist visa must no longer exceed 90 days, except for residents of Some exempted countries, in addition to all nationalities travelling on an e-enterprise visa, who are allowed to stay for a hundred and eighty days.
• E-Medical cause is valid for 60 days and 03 entries, and e-Conference Visa is valid for 30 days 

Application Timing:

• Apply as much as 4 months earlier than the predicted arrival date.
• If submitted within 120 days earlier than arrival, visa consequences might be emailed within four to 7 business days (with the exception of weekends and Indian public holidays).
• For travel inside 4 days, effects may be emailed inside 72 hours.

Processing Time:

• Different shipping instances for Sri Lankan and Chinese Passport Holders (5 business days for urgent processing, 10 commercial enterprise days for regular processing).

Eligibility:

• Only normal passport holders can apply for an Indian e-Visa.
• International Travel Documents, Diplomatic Passports, or other passports aren’t eligible.
• E-Visa is no longer legitimate for covered/confined or Cantonment regions.
